On 21st June,EastSons GoodWorks celebrated International Yoga Day .
It was a remarkable celebration as special Yoga Trainer from The Art of Living was here to teach some Yoga Asanas to children and made them learn importance of Yoga in one’s life. While we think that yoga is something that will help in shaping up your physical struggle that is actually not true because Yoga helps to a great extent in refreshing your mind, body as well as soul and helps in creating coherence between all of them.
It bestows power to control body and mind. It reduces stress, promotes self healing , increases self awareness and removes negativity from mind and toxins from the body. It also helps in increasing flexibility, muscle strength and body tone. Regular practice of yoga can help lose weight, relieve stress, improve immunity and maintain a healthier life style.
